Quiver in the Oaks

Tonight the Nation of Fat gathered to witness a glorious concert. Quiver had it's concert at City Park's Celebration in the Oaks, and they ROCKED THAT PLACE! Lewie's guitars roared, he was amazing. Tony the lead singer was awesome, his voice sounded great. The drums were awesome as usual. And last but not least, the Nation Member Curtis, or The Artist Formerly Known as Tubbs, aka Skinny C and his 6 String Bass Guitar blew our minds. Some of the shit he pulled off was crazy, Curtis is the GOD of the bass guitar. Anyway they played a bunch of songs and the audience rocked (mainly the Nation Members of course). Soon they will release a CD, so everyone has to buy it. After the concert we chilled, and then headed to Sonic (big surprise)..........BUT THE NATION WAS TURNED AWAY!!!! BLASPHEMY!!!! Just because we get there 5 minutes before closing is no reason to shun the Mighty Nation of Fat! WE OWN THAT PLACE! ........Anyway, then we went to Wendy's where they proceeded to fuck up everyone's orders.....Figures. But all in all, the night was awesome, and can't wait til the next time Quiver has a show........And hopefully.... Jason might get them to play in Lafayette, and I'll be able to get them to play the Mellow Mushroom in Mobile.

Gathering

The Day after Christmas, the Nation had a gathering at Cici's. Mike made all the plans. Chris was in, and we all gathered to meet up with him. Even though there were complants about what time it was scheduled for, because the Nation never does anything before noon, because we are all bums, it was really fun. Everyone except Curtis, Katie, Presley and Fae were there (Cause Curtis couldn't make it, Katie had no ride, and Pres and Fae were not called) But anyway, we feasted on pizza, chilled for a little while, then went off on our separate ways to chill elsewhere.

Coincidentally...... While the Co-Founders were on the way there, they thought they saw a snowman, but it turned out to be a black midget.............. DON'T ASK! But yes, it did snow in New Orleans, so we weren't trippin or anything.

Also, get your weapons down so we can get this bios up!

Changes.......

There are many changes coming to the Nation of Fat Website! First of all, as Big D already mentioned on his Live Journal, we are taking pictures of all members to put on the site. So far, Mine, Big D, and Colby's are up, and we shall get everyone else soon. For this however, we need everyone to think of what kind of weapons they would use. If you need help, look at our profiles for examples, but we are going to retake those pics, they were good first tries at what we want. Also, you will need to answer the questions that are on the right of each pic. Besides that, we'll hunt you down at get these pics.

A Nation's Celebration

On Saturday, the Nation of Fat gathered to celebrated the birthday of a Female Sympathizer, Fae. She had a spacewalk, pizza, and other stuff. The Nation proudly acted like kindergarteners again and destroyed the spacewalk, ate large quantities of pizza, and watched Invader Zim and half of the Return of the King extended edition. Why only half? cause at 1 in the morning Fae finally kicked us out of her place, lol. Anyway, the Co-Founders proudly presented her with a ridiculously large Rice-Crispy treat, Reese's, and a card good for 1 free meal at Sonic or other Nation of Fat Approved eating venues. Well, in closing, all I'll say is that Curtis sure showed that White Honky Clown Mother Fucker who's boss, and happy birthday to Da Fae.

Didn't Take Long.....

Some of the Members of the Mighty Nation of Fat gathered for a feast at the Chili's on Vets. Dono, Big D, and Colby (The two co founders of the nation and the founder of the few trusted skinny feasted mightily as Mike and Matt watched in horror as we downed our food (they ate little as they were poor...well the only reason I had money was because I sold all my school books.)

Anyway, tomorrow the members of the Nation shall gather to celebrate the birthday of one of our Female Sympathizers, the mighty Fae. Surely there will be updates soon regarding that.

The Nation Returns!

After a long hiatus.........the Nation has finally returned to the web! I don't know about ya'll, but this semester sucked the ass of large mammals. And now that winter break is upon us, I have a feeling the Nation of Fat will rip New Orleans a new one once again.
